Delicious, wish they didn't have inulin

After just one bar I decided that these are actually too tasty to keep in my house. They won't last. I mean, unlike every other keto bar I've tried, these taste REALLY GOOD. Unfortunately I have IBS, and for me the inulin is a trigger. I'd still be willing to put up with the consequences once in a while for a treat though - they're that good (triple chocolate).
