Directions For NEURON: Take 1 serving (2 capsules) of NEURON once daily.  For optimal performance take approximately 30 minutes prior to mentally strenuous activities, gaming or when added focus/concentration is required. Consult a health care practitioner for use longer than 4 weeks.

Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a heart, vessel or blood pressure condition or if you are taking acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
