Blueberry Pancakes

These were very good. So good I just placed an order for the other flavors. If you havent tried them you should.

Fantastic, although portion size is deceptive

What they call "two pancakes" is in fact just one reasonably sized (but still fairly small) pancake. It might make two of those dollar pancakes that used to come with kids' meals, but if you're not five years old, their "two pancake serving" makes one small regular pancake. That said, these are GREAT pancakes. I love them. I make them with fresh blueberries cooked in and keto syrup and whipped cream on top. They're delicious and super easy to make. One of the best carb-replacement foods I've found that contains none of my common stomach irritants (chicory, inulin, etc).

Great taste, must let the batter rest before cooking

These were better than I expected, a but pricey though. Seemed very watery at first but after waiting a few minutes the batter thickened up, and cooked about as quick as regular pancakes. Taste was the best part. Now have to wait a couple hours to see how these affect my blood sugar.
