DIRECTIONS:USING A SHAKER: Fill your shaker with 8 oz of cold water. Add 1 scoop of powder. Put the lid on tightly & swirl contents slowly before shaking vigorously for 15 seconds. For a thinner shake, try using 10-12 oz of water per scoop of protein. STIR IN A GLASS: Fill your glass with 8 oz of cold water. Add 1 scoop of powder & mix contents in glass slowly with a spoon before stirring vigorously for 15 seconds.MIX IN A BLENDER: Fill your blender with 8 oz of cold water. Add 1 scoop of powder & blend for 15 seconds. For a thinner shake, try using 10-12 oz of water per scoop.
CanadaThis is the only protein I order. I have tried too many brands to name and I keep coming back to this one for the taste. I use this pre-workout with a carb (fast) meal, post workout with another a higher longer burning carb like oatmeal. I mix it in oatmeal or drink it with a glass of lactaid, glutamine and 1 scoop of N-Pro. Did I mention it tastes really, really, really good. The banana cream is to die for! :)

I think ANS Performances N-Pro banana cream is absolutely the best tasting on the market. If you could make them for me, it would be better, I drink them so much, soo tastey
This has to be the best protein I have ever tried! The flavors (chocolate is my fave!!!) the consistency and the creaminess is amazing! Definitely tastes like you’re having a chocolate milk shake!! The vanilla and Cookies and Cream are delicious as well!!
